To print from Microsoft Word, first open the document you wish to convert in Microsoft Word.

 

Select 'Print' from the 'File' menu and choose the printer named Win2PDF, and then click on the 'Print' button.

 

 

You will then be presented with the Win2PDF file save window, and you can save the .doc or .docx Microsoft Word document as a PDF file.

 

Win2PDF Pro also supports natively exporting DOCX to PDF, a DOCX to PDF command line, and batch converting folders of DOCX files to PDF.
