How to Convert a Microsoft PowerPoint PPT to PDF

To print from Microsoft Powerpoint, first open the .ppt or .pptx document you wish to convert in Microsoft PowerPoint.

 

Select 'Print' from the 'File' menu and choose the printer named Win2PDF, and then click on the 'Print' button.

You will then be presented with the Win2PDF file save window, and you can save the .ppt or .pptx Microsoft PowerPoint document as a PDF file.
